ITINERARY
SATURDAY
1:30PM TILLAMOOK FACTORY - Meet up together for a tour, exploration, and ice cream. Recommended to grab lunch before, but they have food there if you’re running behind.
4:00PM THE STORMWATCHER - Arrive, check out the new digs, and settle into your room.
6:00PM FAMILY DINNER - Mango fish tacos (with a vegetarian option) and a sweet treat to follow.
7:30PM MOVIE NIGHT - Grab some popcorn and watch Father of the Bride (1991).
SUNDAY
8:00AM FAMILY BREAKFAST - Green chili breakfast burritos & fruit!
9:00AM TOWN & BEACH DAY - Bodyboarding! If cold water isn’t your thing (we don’t blame you), feel free to check out the beach towns and make some good memories.
6:00PM CASUAL DINNER & GAMES - Pizza, board games, and music! Play some of our favorite games, bring your own if you’d like, and brace yourself for at least one round of bananagrams.
THE BIG DAY
6:30AM VOWS - We (Brant and Allie) will hit the beach to exchange our private vows. Guests can sleep in, eat breakfast, or use this time as they’d like!
8:00AM GET READY - We will begin get all fancy for the ring ceremony. Guests are encouraged to start earlier if they need more time.
9:00AM Or (Hopefully!) Earlier RING CEREMONY - Together the couple will read well wishes from their loved ones, briefly exchange traditional vows, and sign the marriage certificate with the help of their family. Followed by a walk on the beach and family photos with a photographer.
10:00AM ADIOS! - Pack up, complete any exit protocols, and check out of the Stormwatcher by 11 at the absolute latest.
We could use some help cleaning up and disposing of the florals and food if you are feeling extra kind!
LUNCH AT CHIPOTLE - After arriving in Tillamook, we will talk with you all about what location and timing works best, but we look forward to lunch at Chipotle with you!

Oceanside Surf Shop is within walking distance of The Stormwatcher. They are located at 1505 Pacific Ave, Oceanside OR.
Wetsuit Rentals: $25/day
Bodyboard Rentals: $20/day (feel free to give ours a shot if you’re not sure you want one!)
Surfboard Rentals: $40/day
If you spend your day in other nearby beach areas, each tend to have their own surf shop with comparable pricing.

Dutch Bros is located about 20 minutes away from The Stormwatcher in downtown Tillamook.
Blue Agate Cafe is located half a mile away, close to Oceanside Surf Shop if you’re looking for a local option.

Sights near The Stormwatcher include:
Cape Mears Lighthouse & Octopus Tree: Gorgeous (easy and short!) trails leading to a lighthouse and scenic lookouts. Public bathrooms and picnic tables are available
Tunnel Beach: A gorgeous beach is available at low and medium tide through a tunnel! This is a popular local spot
Cape Mears Beach: Comparable to Cannon Beach and Seaside, but with a fraction of the crowds.
Cannon Beach: A popular tourist destination with a town of small shops and a beach with views of the iconic Haystack Rock. (1hr 15m away)
Hiking: Many gorgeous hiking routes are available nearby, including many to local waterfalls. To find a local hike, we recommend the AllTrails app where you can sort be driving distance, hiking distance, difficulty, and terrain.
Bodyboarding: We’d love to do this with you, even if just for a while. Wetsuits will be necessary at this time of year. We promise it isn’t scary, and any of the beaches nearby work great!
Alternatively, you’re welcome to join us on the beach but stay dry. Feel free to point and laugh as we wipe out, or try and spot the seals that frequently get curious and say hello!

Gentlemen: Black slacks, non-white shirt, fun socks, no tie!
Ladies: Green or blue dress, skirt, or dressy set!
NON-WEDDING
Anything that makes you happy! Warm layers, sand friendly shoes, PJs, and swimsuit recommended! No need to pack a towel.
